Working in groups, you will be learning the following:
- A step by step guided hands-on session on how to bake a moist apple spiced cake with homemade apple sauce
- A demonstration on how to prepare caramel buttercream that is light and airy (not SMBC)
- Participants will assemble their cake layers and frost their cakes respectively
- Students will each bring home a 6″ Toffee Apple Cake!
