This 3-hour workshop provides participants the skills and knowledge to create classic local festive favourites: Tapak Kuda Cake Bars.
You will learn the following:
- Introduction to basic ingredients, their function and characteristics
- Understand the basic variation and formulation balance of the ingredients
- Application of correct skills and techniques to tapak kuda production
- Trouble-shooting common errors in cake batter preparation, consistency and cooking outcomes
- Make unique creations by adding natural ingredients and colours for a variety of flavours
- Hands-on learning how to bake Tapak Kuda (Original (Nutella), Red Velvet & Ondeh-ondeh)
Each person will bring home 3 Tapak Kuda bars (of one flavour each).
No lunch is included.
