This 2-hour workshop provides participants the skills and knowledge to create 3 different extremely delicious savoury quiche!
You will learn the following:
- Introduction to basic ingredients, their function and characteristics
- Understand the basic variation and formulation balance of the ingredients
- Application of correct skills and techniques to each quiche
- Trouble-shooting common errors in quiche preparation, consistency and cooking outcomes
- Make unique creations by adding natural ingredients and spices for a variety of flavours
Trainer will demonstrate these 3 extremely mouthwatering savoury quiches:
- Chicken Rosemary Quiche
- Seafood Tom Yam Quiche
- Asparagus Leek Tomato Quiche
- Since this class is a DEMO class, there will be no hands-on involved.
- No lunch will be provided
- Participants will not be given any sampler pack to bring home
