Working in groups, you will be learning the following:
- A step by step guided hands-on session on how to bake a tender crumbed lemon rosemary infused cake
- A demonstration on how to prepare a luscious buttercream that is light and airy (not SMBC)
- A demonstration on how to prepare lemon curd
- Participants will assemble their cake layers and frost their cakes respectively
- Students will each bring home a full 6″ Cake!
