A 1-day intensive, hands-on workshop on preparing and baking yeasted breads suitable for beginners to bread making.
You will learn the following:
- learn the different methods of bread-making, fermentation process, how to make bread by using hand, domestic mixers and commercial equipment.
- how to prepare the leaveners, understand the importance and functions of ingredients, kneading and shaping of dough, and how best to handle raw dough, various proving methods and baking the dough to ensure thorough cooking
- different flavours/fillings (3 savoury and 3 sweet buns)
