This 1.5-hour workshop provides participants the skills and knowledge to create 4 different heavenly decadent chocolate desserts!
You will learn the following:
- Introduction to basic ingredients, their function and characteristics
- Understand the basic variation and formulation balance of the ingredients
- Application of correct skills and techniques to each desserts types
- Trouble-shooting common errors in cake batter preparation, consistency and cooking outcomes
- Make unique creations by adding natural ingredients and colours for a variety of flavours
Trainer will demonstrate these 4 heavenly decadent chocolate desserts:
1. Chocolate Ganache Tart
2. Triple Choc Mousse Cups
3. Chocolate Lava Cake
4. Chocolate Truffles
- Since this class is a DEMO class, there will be no hands-on involved.
- No lunch will be provided
- Participants will not be given any sampler pack to bring home
