This 1-day workshop provides participants a better understanding of basic baking ingredients and their functions in baking.
Through hands-on learning, participants will acquire practical skills to handle cake batter, understand oven temperatures and bake successfully.
You will learn/bake:
- fluffy Vanilla cake
- Prepare Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- Make 3D gumpaste decor
- Piping techniques creating Swirls and rosettes using smbc
- Master the correct techniques to filling and frosting yr cakes slick and clean
